Why is Communication important?
A good or effective communication is very important because it brings order and understanding to everyone in the world. Without proper communication, there would be chaos and misunderstanding because information and ideas to be shared are lost.Nowadays, effective communication should not have any problem, because as we all know there are lots of technologies and devices invented that are useful in conveying information and ideas to others.
Before, if you can remember with the the snail mail, we sent messages through letters and it took a long time before the receiver can finally receive the letter and I can consider it as an unreliable mean of communication. It was an inconvenience way of conveying information because we cant receive any response instantly if we needed it. The modern means of communication on the other side, makes human communication easier, faster and mostly it is of informal type. It has even improved the standard of living of the people. It is the most necessary part of modern lifestyle.

E-mails or Electronic Mail have replaced letters and postcards almost completely. People prefer
e-mails, which are quicker to write and send and more sure to reach the addressee. As what they say, if there is good there is also a bad side to each means of communication. So if there are advantages, there are also disadvantages of using an e-mail.
