Qualities of a Leader

      Everyone of us dreamt of becoming a Leader especially in a large companies. Being a Leader comes with greater responsibilities. For me, being a graduate in a famous universities and graduated with flying colors, receiving awards and certificates are not just the only basis we can say one is a good and effective
leader.       A good and successful leader must have the heart and passion for his company and his subordinates. He must treat his people with dignity, respect and value. Also, he must be willing to learn, and accept his employees opinion because most of the time, his subordinates know every problem detail in the company from the simple to the complex one, because they have the direct contact to the client or customers.      An employee/subordinate who has been treated fairly, equally by his superiors, will surely know how to value the company. And most importantly, a good Leader will not just dictate what is to be done but also takes part on the attainment of the company's objectives. As the saying goes:
