Do you receive this message after several failed log-in attempts? You dont need to worry, here are 3 ways on how you can unlock it.
1. Send an email to member_assistance@sss.gov.ph to reset your password .
You need to include the following information:
* 10-digit SS number
* complete name
* date of birth
* mother's name when single
* e-mail address used in the registration
* employment history (name of employer /s).
* scanned copy of two valid IDs
then on the Subject box type RESET PASSWORD so that they can easily recognize the purpose of your email.
2. You may call the SSS Hotline at 920-6446 to 55 for assistance.
3. Go to the nearest SSS branch to have you assisted with your concern.
With my experience, I use the first step and it usually takes days before you can get a reply from SSS, just keep checking your email.
